Celeb of the Week
Article written by Hannah Reynolds, Fashion Reporter
Happy Birthday Fearne Cotton! The Radio 1 DJ turns twenty nine today so we thought what better reason to choose her as our celeb of the week! Actually, I can think of another reason, her incredible, quirky fashion style! Fearne is a big fan of colourful, patterned, kooky clothes and even kookier accessories. I personally love Fearne's style, she doesn't fit into any one style category, instead dips in and out of every trend going, mixing modern with retro and creating a very personal look.
Fearne's ITV2 show 'Fearne and' is on the tellybox at the moment which is a great place to check out all her fabulous outfits and her enviable bag collection. Even though Fearne is usually hidden in the safety of radio world that doesn't mean she doesn't dress to impress every day. In fact, Fearne must be one of the most papped British stars around and aren't we glad, how else would we steal her style?
This Plain Bubble Sleeve Dress, £40 from Topshop is a great likeness to Miss Cotton's retro tea-dress and would be a great block colour dress that could be accessorised to create endless different looks. These Ambrose Cuff Lace Up Boots, £65 from Topshop would go with lots of little dresses but also leggings and skinny jeans. Lace up boots are the hottest style for the coming Autumn and Winter and they're sure to keep your feet warm especially combined with some colourful socks like Fearne's. Pantone Ankle Socks, £7 from John Lewis come in a range of colours including royal blue like the Cotton's. To complete Fearne's style-steal this Miso Barrel Bag, £24.99 from Republic and this Multi-Strand Cross Pendant Necklace, £15 from M&S are all you need to rock this cool, daytime look.
Fearne is one of those celebs you can't help but love. She's totally unpretentious and wears some of the wackiest of outfits. Her style is unique but somehow it always works and we love her for going out there and pulling it off.
