Cheryl Coles latest news in her Divorce to Ashley

Cheryl Cole’s latest news regarding her long awaited divorce is that the settlement could happen as soon as Friday. The couples four year wedding will be brought to a head in the High Court as Cheryl is granted a decree nisi by judges.

Since the couple split, Cheryl has just wanted a ‘quick and painless’ divorce without any arguments or messy arrangements regarding their shared assets. Cheryl Cole has allegedly said that she wants no part in her ex husbands assets; she just wants the deal over and done with.
The main details that need to be sorted are regarding their £6million Surrey mansion and the custody of their two Chihuahuas Coco and Buster.

Cheryl Cole has been through a lot over the past few months with her battle with Malaria and fighting to get better for her appearance on the X Factor, with plans of a new book and the new album to release it would be better for the settlement of the Coles divorce to be over ASAP.
