It has recently been announced that Alexander McQueen has been found dead at his home in London’s East End. Alexander McQueen was a huge name within the fashion industry and well known for his controversial and exciting designs.
McQueen remained at the top of his game throughout his career and caused a stir where ever he went with his outspoken attitude and powerful existence. He was successful from the outset and is the youngest designer to ever receive the coveted award ‘British Designer of the Year’.
Celebrities including Rhianna and Sarah Jessica Parker used McQueens designs in their videos and on the red carpet, showing the true celebrity style that McQueen produced.
His presence will be missed in the upcoming Spring fashion shows, but his fashion will live on. RIP Alexander McQueen.
