The Cosmo Women of the Year Awards took place in Banqueting House, Whitehall, London and was jam-packed with glamorous stars.

Myleene Klass, Kim Cattrall, Dannii Minogue, The Sugababes and Abby Clancy are just a few of the celebs to attend the event, hosted by one of our fav trend-setters; Fearne Cotton.

The glamorous event was all about awarding celebs and real-life women alike for their hard work, commitment and contributions over the years.

Awards were won by Sex and The City Star, Kim Cattrall, who avoided her typical sassy look and wore an elegant black long dress. Kim’s award was for “Ultimate Icon.”

The Sugababes won the award for “Ultimate Mistresses of Music” and Myleene Klass won “Ultimate TV presenter”.

Once again, the celebs showed us the importance of a sexy black dress, with black being the predominant colour of the evening.

Abby Clancy (pictured) however wore a gorgeous gold smock dress, teamed with navy tights and a pair of chunky heels.

Satin is going to be big this party season, with a variety of red, purple, gold and black satin frocks making a jaw-dropping appearance.
