To impress the soon to be, or even the existing, nearest and dearest at your big Christmas bash this year you need to fix up and look sharp (see what we did there), but you need not break your Credit Crunch budget as we have found a load of great dresses all for under £90 and many with additional discounts on top.

New Look currently has 20% off so we thought it would be a great place to start.

As is always the case with New Look, the first thing to catch your eye is the amazingly affordable and cheap prices of their party dresses.

We love this Purple Bubble Party Dress that costs only £18.00 and as well as being smack bang on trend in purple (although New Look insist on calling it Prune, it also comes in a whole host of other colours. Postbox, and Jade are our favourites, after Prune of course!

The Slinky Prom Party Dress is one of New Looks best sellers and you can see why when it costs just £28.00. We think this would also be fine for cocktail and even the odd nightclubbing outing. Versatility at its best.

The final dress we went for from New Look is the Tiered Halter Party Dress that costs only £30.00.

You know what, don’t tell the bosses, but we cannot resist an extra one from New Look! After all, they do have 20% off everything at the moment.

Lets sneak in this Velvet Spot Party Dress that has been reduced to £35.00 from £45.00. Quick, let’s move on...

The next place we went to for our bargain party dress special was CX London.com
